These terms govern your use of VaaniYantra, a platform that provides AI voice and messaging agents for businesses. By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.

The service

VaaniYantra lets you configure AI agents that answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages, book appointments, and send confirmations and reminders. Features depend on your plan, and usage (such as call minutes) is metered and billed per your plan’s limits and overage rates.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload, the behavior of agents you configure, and compliance with laws that apply to your business — including telemarketing rules, consent and recording-disclosure requirements, and WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce Policies for numbers you connect. You must not use the service for spam, deception, or unlawful content.

Third-party services

Telephony, messaging, and AI features rely on third parties (Twilio, Meta/WhatsApp, Google). Their availability is outside our control, and connecting them subjects you to their terms.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance; metered overages are billed after the month ends. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. AI agents can make mistakes; you should review important outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the platform, with notice where practicable.
