Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations, refunds, and billing disputes work for VaaniYantra. It supplements our Terms of Service.
Try before you pay
Every new account starts on the Free plan with included call minutes, no card required. We encourage you to test your agent with real calls on the Free plan before purchasing a subscription, so you know the service fits your business.
Subscriptions and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in Indian Rupees (₹) through our payment partner, Cashfree Payments. If you pay by UPI Autopay or another recurring mandate, the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or by emailing info@vaaniyantra.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep your plan’s features and minutes until then, no further renewals are charged, and any payment mandate (such as UPI Autopay) is cancelled. Your account then moves to the Free plan — your agents, call history, and settings are kept.
Refunds
Because plans are usage-based and service begins as soon as a billing period starts, fees for a billing period that has already begun are generally non-refundable, and we do not prorate partial months. We do issue a full refund when:
- you were charged twice for the same billing period (duplicate payment);
- you were charged but the subscription failed to activate on your account; or
- a billing error on our side charged you the wrong amount (refund of the difference).
To request a refund, email info@vaaniyantra.com from your account email with the payment reference. We respond within 2 business days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Cashfree. Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reach your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
Overage charges
If you use more call minutes than your plan includes, the extra minutes are billed at your plan’s per-minute overage rate after the month ends, as shown on your Billing page. Overage charges reflect metered usage that has already been delivered and are non-refundable; if you believe an overage charge is wrong, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review the call logs with you and correct any error.
